Each individual may hold only one registered Account. If duplicate Accounts are detected — whether registered under the same name, email address, device fingerprint, payment method, IP address or any other identifying marker — zs778 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, void any associated transactions and retain Bonus Funds. Real-money deposits will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
zs778 requires identity verification in accordance with its KYC obligations under applicable licensing requirements. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of any bet — including selection, stake, odds format and market — before confirming placement. zs778 is not obligated to reverse a confirmed bet due to user error.
Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In live betting markets, odds move in real time in response to in-play events. zs778 makes no guarantee as to the accuracy or timeliness of odds data and accepts no liability for losses arising from data feed errors, except where such errors arise from our own negligence.

In the event a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the User's Account Balance. Bonus Funds used to place voided bets will be returned as Bonus Funds, not real-money funds.
zs778 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on individual bets and accumulator/parlay bets. Applicable limits will be communicated on the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Winnings in excess of applicable maximums may be adjusted accordingly.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload offers and promotional credits are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the point of the offer. These general Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Where a minimum deposit is required to trigger a bonus (for example, a deposit of PKR 1,000 or PKR 2,500), deposits below that threshold will not activate the offer.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party data provider outages and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. zs778's liability for direct losses arising from Platform downtime is limited to the amount staked on any affected bet, refunded as Account Balance.
zs778 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with local law — including, but not limited to, losses arising from accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction. Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification and processing requirements. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon closure.
In the event of closure for material breach of these Terms (including but not limited to fraud, underage gambling, multi-accounting, or prohibited conduct), zs778 reserves the right to void all bets, forfeit all balances (including real-money deposits where permitted by applicable law), and permanently bar re-registration.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zs778 holds its operating license. Specific jurisdiction details are available from the operator upon written request to [email protected].
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to contact zs778 support in the first instance and to allow a reasonable period for resolution before escalating to any alternative dispute resolution mechanism or legal proceedings.
